"Four middle school gangsters plan a heist to rob the cafeteria meat so they can have cheese empanadas instead of pork empanadas on Spanish Friday, but something goes oddly wrong."
Fun Facts

- Because the characters are kids who have never been involved in a gang, I decided to base their outfits on gangster movies they might enjoy, taking inspiration from films like "The Godfather," "Leon the Professional," "Dog Day Afternoon," and "Mean Streets."
- While I was coming up with this idea, I rewatched "Moonrise Kingdom" and had a thought: "What if Wes Anderson made a gangster movie?" So, here it is – my take on what a Wes Anderson gangster film could look like.
- Since Wes Anderson has mentioned numerous times that Charlie Brown is a major inspiration for him, I chose to draw the characters in a style reminiscent of Charlie Brown. This way, the visual elements of the storyboard can better match Wes' signature style.
